- Nurse: You can have clear liquids now. So you can also have apple juice or ginger ale.
- Dad: (asking me) Juice is a clear liquid?
- Me: I guess it's because you can see through it?
- (Nurse comes back with water and ginger ale)
- Dad: Does beer count as a clear liquid?
